Boom! We’re 8

Writing “boom” in the title is apt. It often seems like we just started out, but then we realize, reminded by our calendar, that we’ve been at this for 8 whole years! With that realization comes certain emotions. For example, knowing we have survived this long makes us feel a deep happiness and a certain sense of relief. And we have strong feelings of gratitude, too. We’re not just thankful for our students and guests — many of which come to us over and over again, and without which we wouldn’t be here — but also for the whole Redline Guiding Team. Mike Cherim started this thing back in 2016, but over the years the company’s personality has become the product of its wonderful guides and instructors. Our public image is the result of their hard work. Their caring for what we do. Their dedication. The respect and love they have for our guests. The respect and love they have the company. We get all the telling reports. The testimonials. They come pouring in, over and over. “So and so was amazing.” “He taught me so much.” “She really empowered us.” “We wouldn’t be here if your guide didn’t go that extra mile.” “I didn’t think this was possible.” “See what we did because of you guys.” “Thanks for your patience.” Et cetera…

All of this makes us feel pretty special. So, to one and all, thank you so much for helping us be here right now. Thank you for helping us reach 8 years. Hopefully, we’ll be here another 8 years! Let’s help the magic continue… Okay, back to work.
