A returning guest who’s been chipping away at his Terrifying 25 trails list teamed up with Redline Guides Pat Ferland and Gregg Ludvigson for a successful go on the notorious Huntington Ravine Trail. This was going to be his finisher. And finish it he would. Being so exposed in no-fall terrain can be a little heady, nerve wracking, but with minimal coaching from Pat and Gregg, our guest was able to send it. The worst part for him was the chimney section. For others it’s the slabs. It’s all subjective. As far as the weather, no question there. It was great. A few clouds for cover and some nice breezes. On the exit the team rewarded themselves to a hat soaking, and more than once. Here are some photos of the day.
