She had been following us for years and determined that this was the year she would hire us. The objective was to hike Mt Katahdin in Baxter State Park in Maine. She specifically requested Redline Guide Debra McCown. Due to the challenging terrain and time of day the summit wasn’t gained but the requested trail was. The team hiked up Hunt Trail (the AT) then descended via Abol. The team had a terrific experience regardless of not summiting.
