Some folks like to hike, while others like to run with the wind. For those who know him, Redline Guide Ryan Mcguire likes to occasionally run with the wind. So, when three fellows approached, active runners and cyclists looking to crush the Presidential Range, putting Ryan on it was a natural fit. The weather was just about perfect, the group getting a crack of dawn start. Ryan led them up Valley Way to gain the ridge, hiked to the Madison summit and back, which was in the clouds. From there they set of claiming peaks one by one, in order: Adams, Jefferson, Clay, Washington, Monroe, Little Monroe, Franklin, Eisenhower, and Pierce — all New Hampshire 4000-footers. Check out these photos of their progress.
Expert lead, Ryan. And to the whole team, well done. You guys crushed it! Thanks for choosing Redline Guiding.
