She told us she stalks everything White Mountains and that our business had been on her RADAR for a while. First of all, hearing this makes us feel wonderful — special — and so we’re glad she finally reached out. Her request was to do a winter hike on a 4000-footer. With which she had some experience having summited Tecumseh in winter as well as some peaks on the 52 WAV list and other smaller hikes. Initially she was thinking Garfield, though she wasn’t thrilled about the road walk. Also on her to-do list was Mt Moosilauke. The latter is what we ended up taking her on. The conditions looked pretty rough but she made it, summiting the mountain along with Redline Guide Michael Scire.
