A guest reached out to us hoping to do a little snowshoeing in the mountains. After a short conversation and some due consideration the choice was made to stick to flatter trails. There are many options but we suggested taking our adventure to the Nanamocomuck Ski Trail along the Swift River. It’s such a pretty area, flat, and we knew it was broken out. Plus parking and access is great. It was a gorgeous day and Redline Guide Mary Fields was stoked to deliver the goods. Here’s a short summary from Mary along with some photos…
Our guest is an avid hiker and snowshoer from Connecticut. In the last three years he started coming up to New Hampshire for winter recreation. He chose Redline Guiding to bring him snowshoeing during the long Presidents’ Day weekend. He enjoyed an amazing bluebird day snowshoeing the Nanamocomuck. He enjoys the cardiovascular benefits of snowshoeing in the beautiful nature of New Hampshire. —Mary
