A fellow working on his Grid — hiking all the 4ks, every month of the year — an oft-returning guest, usually goes out with Redline Guide Chase Hall. This time, however, Chase was off so Redline Guide Mike Maciel accepted the mission and went with. The goal for the day was to bag Mt Flume and that’s what they did. Liberty, for December, was done so today’s visit was for old time’s sake and, literally, because it’s there.
