Returning guests working on their lists — one from New York City, NY, the other from Peterborough, NH — came back to us for a fall hike claiming two more 4000-footers: Mt Cabot and Mt Moriah. As you’ll see in the photos by Redline Guide Debra McCown, the lines between fall and winter became a little indistinct thanks to the snowy trees and frosty ground conditions confusing the seasonal impression which is often the case — so typical of those crazy, mixed up shoulder seasons.
