Some trails are inviting, non-intimidating, and we daresay easy. Some others, however, simply are not. They’re not inviting, they are intimidating, and, at least in the eyes of some, they’re definitely not easy. Some of the Terrifying 25 trails earn these adjectives, for instance. Do bear in mind, though, that this may change for people over time and through experience. At first they are challenged, but before they know it, thanks to an ever-expanding confidence, that challenge wanes.
Bridging that perspective gap is where we come in. We offer guidance, we offer safety, we offer know-how, and the result is a new-found confidence and independence. For our guests this is a blessing, and for us it’s an honor. One guest wanted our help the bridge that gap on Caps Ridge Trail which leads to Mt Jefferson.
