Rain or shine, that’s what we told everyone. And rain it was. Like all our other weekends this spring so far. But all was not lost. While the number of attendees did indeed dwindle (and we can’t blame them) our 8th Annual Trails Day did happen and it was a big success. Some sorely needed work was done on the Kearsarge North Trail and we were there to make it happen. The specifics were to continue the brushing-in project we began last fall. Before we jump into the photos, though, we do wish to thank everyone who made this possible.
- The amazing, die-hard volunteers who, in some cases, drove many hours to work and give back to the forest.
- NH Andy and the NH Trailworkers’ Group
- Kristina Folcik with Wild Raven Endurance Coaching
- The awesome folks at US Forest Service (Dylan, Deanna, and Lisa)
- Those who fed our post-work thirst at Tuckerman Brewing Company
- And us here at Redline Guiding, namely Ken Hodges, Debra McCown, and Mike Cherim.
