This one was it. This was our last hiking trip of the winter (Glenn’s was second to last). For those working on winter lists, we’ll hopefully see you again after Dec. 21st later this year. For now, let’s get the goods from this hike of the Tripyramids.

March 18th, Triprymids:
Got the early start where the snow had a nice frozen crunch from the overnight low. The hike was a lot of fun. The sun was in and out of the clouds. Above 3200-feet it started to snow a trace to three inches of fresh snow fell on the hike. North Tripyramid was in the sun. We stopped at the summit for a sandwich (fitting). Made our way over to Middle Tripyramid where the sun was still shining. We could see great views of Mt. Tecumseh and Waterville Valley Ski Resort. We broke out trail from the fresh snowfall of the morning. Getting down was a quick, we just followed our footsteps. —Chase
